Today is 787 days since our colleague Michael Kovrig was arbitrarily jailed by China. His sole offence was to be a Canadian in the wrong place at the wrong time. Every day his grit and character in the face of injustice inspire us. #FreeMichaelKovrig

Our colleague Michael has been arbitrarily detained by China for 558 days. Each passing day is a stain on China’s reputation, an injustice to Michael and an act of cruelty to his family and loved ones. #FreeMichaelKovrig
