This is insane unless that last sentence is a PR way to say ‘we are going to fight like crazy on the tax changes’ - but I don’t think that’s the point. Remember when it seemed like the AGA was as actually fighting for the industry? Maybe the books want to discourage sharps?

Can someone explain to me why no one bought #benchaccounting? Likely has sticky annual contracts that would be valuable? Large losses? The lenders must not have wanted to play ball. Why not recap debt to equity at $10M, bring on $10M and restart?
