@D4V This comes into play when the previous generation, who bought homes in the 70s and have made millions in unrealized capital gains, pass away and those capital gains must be immediately paid by their estate and children. Fun times ahead.

Sooo.. capital gains in Canada are going up from 50% to 66%?! Why would anyone want to start a business in this country? Also 50% was already insanely high. 66%?! MORE THAN HALF?!

I’m torn on my @WarbyParker experience. Glasses = great Delivery = okay Value = great Emails = INSANE AMOUNTS Like holy mother of all things email. I’ve never seen a brand email SO much. Do people buy new glasses daily?!
