From what i'm seeing,
The "original" Lightfall DLC is what is now going to be TFS. I guess Bungie didn't feel like changing the DLC name or something. Seems like Bungie didn't originally plan on having this whole DLC exist. Kind of like a filler. I'll try to get more info.

Appreciate the work the developers put it, but this so called “Herculean amounts” of content is just micro transactions. $20 for the dungeon, $15 for the season, $50 for the dlc. Then they have the audacity to complain about making 1 set a year for the core activities.

Bungie has consistently delivered herculean amounts, it just cannot deliver everything for everyone always all at once. If anything, they're a victim of their own success for making a game that's so fun to play for so many different playertypes.

Bungie wasn’t able to get it working.
(I think it was networking issues with 2 players in one vehicle, but im not too sure)
It’s still possible we may receive a speed adjustment or horn feature in the future. But I honestly have no idea when.
