@norarahimian @denmusicfest I agree 100% @denmusicfest is a great example of showing how valuable independent artists who have work effort are! Thank you! I am very appreciative of the love and support people show me especially this night. Overwhelmed.

It was such a good show! To anyone that questions whether or not there's a space for independent hip hop in today's industry, @denmusicfest is the proof. And @descendent__, you killed it. Folks really came all the way from NYC to see you in LA! Love to see that kind of fandom.
It was a great experience performing at the @denmusicfest in Los Angeles, CA! Cali's love has kept me on a high and I am still feeling it. If you couldn't make it, don't worry, I'll provide you with details on how to watch it tomorrow!

Give @denmusicfest their flowers. The founders @lastnamegood & @norarahimian should be credited for giving artists like me the opportunity to be heard. Since 2017, your morals & integrity in the way you do business in the music industry have not gone unnoticed & are appreciated!

Coffee culture is just another extension of capitalistic burnout. Instead of real rest, we literally drug ourselves to go go go while our consumerist culture has commercialized it into some kind of identity for folks. We need wealth equity and sleep, not coffee.

To experience coffee houses as social hubs, there has to be time for rest and community. Otherwise, they're (often) corporate drug dealers that keep the working masses supplied in the service of capitalism.
@norarahimian I agree to an extent; coffeehouses that are social hubs can have some value to them in a way that doesn't always fit this narrative.. BUT the way it has been commodified to the point people go out of their way for watered down, quicker products & overconsumption is where I agree
