Stunned twice, 1st 2 learn I’d had my wallet picked & when I called @Walmart to notify them of fraud, i was told cant speak to fraud dept; then I said ok what about a case #? Agent refused. lrgst retailer in NA doesn’t have consumer facing fraud dept. It’s like they enable this..
