This is what it’s like as a small business owner: You're held responsible for catching unauthorized debits. You’re told to escalate. You do. They ignore you. And somehow… it’s still on you.

When I finally pushed my bank to escalate, @WellsFargo (ODFI) simply said: “Talk to the merchant.” The merchant (@Fiserv) has already been contacted. Repeatedly. They won’t engage. No signed agreement. No refund. Just silence.

For over a year, @Fiserv (via CardPointe/Clover Connect) has been debiting my biz bank account monthly. Despite multiple requests, they’ve never provided a signed contract authorizing the charges. I’ve gone through support, escalations, and even Wells Fargo as the ODFI. Nothing.
