I appealed. Waited a month. Their response: “We’ve reviewed everything. Case closed.” No transparency. No explanation of what rule I supposedly broke. No second appeal allowed.

What did Airbnb do? •Banned me •Canceled my reservation •Promised a refund •Never paid me back a cent Left me homeless in a foreign country after I was robbed.

Then one evening, a girl I invited over after a dinner date robbed me. Grabbed items and ran. To escape, she made a false claim of violence to the building manager. Total lie. I have a police report confirming I was the victim.

I’ve used Airbnb for years. Dozens of bookings. 5-star reviews. Never a single issue. But in Buenos Aires, I booked a spot that had: •A flooding bathroom •A broken balcony door Reported it all. No action from host or Airbnb.
