Seeing a harsh reality, coaching 12u baseball. 11/12 year old boys, throwing mid to upper 60’s into the 70’s, throwing 130-150 pitches in a weekend. This is not okay. Parents, you need to speak up for the sake of your kids’ futures. Literally seeing kids throwing 3 days in a row.

I’m challenging tourney directors to implement pitch limits NOW. We can’t rely on coaches to do the right thing and stop abusing arms. The drive to win is too important. We have rules right now to protect ppl from a virus but not to protect young arms from impending harm. Fix it.
