From 1991-94, a 1000ha #SK farm released 15x more carbon/year than the avg car from tillage practices. That same farm's adoption of conservation tillage saw sequestration of emissions =95 cars for 2016-19. Aren't you curious what the impacts are in Alberta & Manitoba? We are!

Last year @cjsutherland_21 & Dr. @stuartsmyth66 research estimated that the reduction in #Saskatchewan's summerfallow hectares from the 90s till now resulted in 1161% gains to the sequestration of soils organic carbon.
