Also I might add, I don’t know too much about flipping a house. Safe to say I’d never do it alone with my knowledge base. But, that’s the beauty of adding value. Use what little value you have and leverage that with others. Simple, right?

All seriousness. I think you should buy some stocks right about now. I don’t know much, but I know to listen to those that do. If you don’t wanna buy, that’s fine, but encourage you go read irrational exuberance and you might change your mind.
