Look, I support the development myself, but I just want to let it be known that, once more, it is only ever British Columbia that's expected to accommodate Alberta, to put its own environment on the line for others whilst everyone else in the federation sits fat and pretty.

The existence of Canadian Thanksgiving is a good test if someone knows Canadian history or just googles and spits back the first answer. The reason it exists is because it's a popular US holiday and we wanted it too. It's not some special Canadian thing tied to Canadian history.
