I have spent the last 3 days at the Crick for the @Crick_DC. Our team integrated different layers of omics data ranging from transcriptomics to metagenomics that Sofia Pedersen generated during her PhD, and with the goal of identifying novel biomarkers for colorectal cancer. 🧬👩🏻💻
