Great to see this published! I started working on this project during the #CrickDataChallenge 3 day hackathon at The Francis Crick Institute. Can't quite believe that our scrappy proof of concept made in those 3 days eventually morphed into this! @Crick_DC @TheCrick
Fast chromatographic gradients and glycoproteomics? In our latest study we show that the scanning dimension in scanning SWATH can be used to assign precursor masses to oxonium ions for glycopeptide quantification @whit3matt @RalserLab

I have spent the last 3 days at the Crick for the @Crick_DC. Our team integrated different layers of omics data ranging from transcriptomics to metagenomics that Sofia Pedersen generated during her PhD, and with the goal of identifying novel biomarkers for colorectal cancer. π§¬π©π»βπ»

π New paper alert - work that started out as @whit3matt & @chr_messner 's CDC 2020 project is out now. The DC team developed a cool new pipeline to extract oxonium ion signals from scanningSWATH MS data to enable glycoprotein quantification. Congratulations team OxoScan-MS !π
https://t.co/OmFQsSOaan Proudly presenting our preprint about OxoScan-MS, facilitating large scale (plasma) glycoprotemics, at high sensitivity and at low costs per samples #ASMS2022 #TeamMassSpec
