Last max week of our fall training program. Hit three new PR’s: 535lb box squat, 260lb towel bench, and 225lb power clean. Went to hitting with @M3ELITE2017 on Sunday and hit my 2025 EV goal of 100.9. It was a good week. See all current metrics here
