4/5 Importantly, the clinical outcomes we saw in secondary care have been maintained at this wider scale. And we now have a wonderful network of 30 Sleep Leads all developing their knowledge of sleep and youth mental health and flying the flag for sleep in their services.

3/5 The response from local services has been incredible. We've now trained over 250 therapeutic practitioners in a form of CBTi adapted for young people with comorbid mental health difficulties to be offered by low intensity practitioners.

2/5 We took a centrally-funded, system-wide, approach to raising awareness of the role of sleep in youth mental health and increasing access to either CBT for insomnia or good quality advice and support through a self-help guide.
