This morning the club was deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Richard Smart.
Richard joined the club in 1972 when he moved to Cowbridge from Neath. As a top order batsman and slow left arm bowler he helped the 1st XI win the WCCC in 1972 & 1974.

Extremely sad to report the passing of our ex 1st XI scorer David Lloyd. David was head of the English department at Cowbridge Grammar School and Comprehensive for over 35 years and enjoyed his cricket immensely, especially when his son Mike was progressing through the club. 1/2
