Hello world! We are the team behind CDP. We are building tools to make council actions, and interactions, more discoverable. It’s probably time for an “official” announcement so here are a couple of features we have been working on for a bit.

Most of these instances have only a few meetings processed so far but we will add in some older meetings soon!

CDP processes, archives, and indexes city council meetings. For each event we process, we generate a transcript, and when possible gather all the minutes item docs, and the votes that happened during the meeting, and make them all available on a single page.

The "History" section of the page works as a method for tracking provenance of the matter. Each point in the section is a diff meeting where the bill was discussed. Includes a link to the meeting, a popout of any votes that happened, and the attachments for that specific day.
