The passing of Christopher Hood is very sad and a great loss for the field of public administration. I can't think of a scholar who has been a bigger inspiration for my own work.
The Editorial Board of Public Administration is sad to hear of the passing of Professor Christopher Hood. I am thinking of the legacy of Professor Hood today and re-reading "A Public Management for All Seasons?".
