Bt traits alone aren’t holding up. Resistance is spreading, and farmers across the Corn Belt are seeing the impact of this harvest. Persistent BioControl nematodes add a new mode of action. Not a replacement, but layered protection that extends trait durability, protects yield,

Next year’s rootworm problem is starting now. Each female rootworm beetle lays ~300 eggs in late summer. Those eggs will hatch next spring into larvae that feed on your roots — unless something is waiting for them. Applied in the fall, persistent biocontrol nematodes establish

First year in this field for SmartStak Pro and economic rootworm damage. Field has a history of trait failure. Biocontrol Nematodes applied the previous growing season prevented rootworm injury on the half of the field inoculated.

You can’t see it happening — but it’s happening fast. After application, our nematodes go to work: Hunting soil insect larvae like corn rootworm Entering through spiracles openings (breathing holes) Releasing symbiotic bacteria that kill the pest in 24–48 hours Reproducing and

You’re already using traits. Maybe insecticide, too. But if you're still finding rootworm damage, it might be time to add one more layer. Persistent BioControl nematodes give you an additional below ground mode of action — right where rootworm resistance starts. One application,

Your corn roots have a story to tell. Now’s the time to dig. Look for root scarring, pruning, or signs of early lodging — especially if you had rootworm pressure last year. Understanding last year’s pressure is the first step to protecting next year’s crop. Learn what to look
