I used to be on the fence about looking at your prizes before the game, but I'm for it if we are sticking with 50 minutes Bo3. Prize checking is more of a laziness thing vs skill. I'd rather play more complete games than have a slight edge that I checked my prize cards.
At NAIC finals, the first two turns combined took over 5 minutes, even though nothing happened except for a Nest Ball each. Very boring to watch as a viewer. Unsurprisingly, the match ended up going to time. Current prize checking rules are stupid.

Finished Worlds at 4-2-2. I think I could have gotten out of game 1 earlier on my 2nd tie. That’s on me. My first Worlds was a blast and I’m grateful to have been able to compete. Thanks to everyone who messaged me. I’ll try to get through those! Hungry for next season. Ily ❤️
