The update for the Event Locator for @playpokemon locals feels like a huge step backwards user experience wise. Not being able to just show the events themselves / sort by date and distance like we used to makes it way more frustrating to use. Hope this can be changed.

Open deck lists overall lowers the skill ceiling in the game and would be a bad thing for day 1/2 so hopefully that doesn't happen I think it makes sense for top cut to even the playing field as most but not all players in cut will have been streamed at that point

I used to be on the fence about looking at your prizes before the game, but I'm for it if we are sticking with 50 minutes Bo3. Prize checking is more of a laziness thing vs skill. I'd rather play more complete games than have a slight edge that I checked my prize cards.

At NAIC finals, the first two turns combined took over 5 minutes, even though nothing happened except for a Nest Ball each. Very boring to watch as a viewer. Unsurprisingly, the match ended up going to time. Current prize checking rules are stupid.
