Here's the legal threat we received.

We reaffirm our investigation results; there is substantial evidence of dissemination including direct video evidence posted by Zrob himself. Discussion is being shut down by Eminence, including threatening us legally instead of simply demonstrating their evidence. The community

We encourage anyone who has information that they feel is pertinent to this investigation to share it with the team, preferably through ModMail on Discord. (3/3)

The CompetitiveEDH team is looking into Whimsey's conduct separate from the context of the falsified screenshots and that investigation is still ongoing. Whimsey left the mod team after this investigation was published and is no longer on the staff. (1/3)

On 3/1/23, a burner Twitter account posted doctored screenshots of user Whimsey using objectionable slurs. Our internal investigation found conclusively that Zain Nayer and Mikey Holohan are highly complicit in the creation & knowing dissemination of these fake screenshots. (1/2)
