We've published the report from our inquiry into the financing of the Scottish Government. While we ultimately found the Barnett Formula is fit for purpose and we broadly accept its continued use, we've set out recommendations on improving its operation in practice.

As part of our inquiry into Glasgow's drug consumption facility, we briefly visited Lisbon to learn about Portugal's approach to reducing drug-related harm. We met with @UKinPortugal, @CamaraLisboa, @ICAD_IP and @EUDrugsAgency and examined two of Lisbon's mobile drug facilities.
