It was good to meet the Ambassador of the State of Palestine to the UK @hzomlot to discuss the situation in Gaza. I welcome the peace deal, the release of the Israeli hostages & the provision of aid to Gaza - but this must just be the start of delivering a sustainable peace.

What a huge loss for Scotland. Donald’s broad vision of devolution still stands in stark contrast to the Nationalists’ narrow vision of separation. As I saw alongside him in campaigns & in Parliament he worked for & within a U.K. Labour Govt as well as a Labour led Scottish Govt.
