I was delighted today to vote to continue the ban on assaualt weapons in Cook County. The original resolution dates back to 2006. We must be the change we want to see!! Gun violence is a public health crisis!!.
Today, the Cook County Board of Commissioners approved the continuance of the Assault Weapons Ban in Cook County. The resolution dates back to 2006 and has become increasingly relevant in the ongoing fight against gun violence. #endgunviolence
