Today, seeing empty Commander rooms behind a $250 paywall and packed public areas makes me sad for WotC. But I'm not sad for Commander players. I'd rather be in a sweaty cafeteria any day. Wish I could be there crammed in with you all!

The thing I'm honestly looking forward to most for #CubeCon is the VARIETY of Cubes that'll be featured all weekend. So often Cubes are thought about in a very narrow sense (e.g. most of my Cube content historically) and this will be a showcase of different styles and flavors.

As much as I hate 30th Anniversary Edition, if it represents the first step towards Wizards being willing to end (or work around) the Reserved List it could be a good thing in the long run.
