Well, this is my life rn. @subaru_usa basically told me I’m screwed, they won’t be helping with any of the repair cost and basically wasted 5 days of my life. Meanwhile I’m trying to see what I can find to replace this car that we still owe 9k on…ultimate nightmare. Add to that

Just to update everyone. I was contacted by a case manager with Subaru of America, it's looking they they will have an answer for me on Thursday on whether or not they will be able to help me out at all so ffor now I am in a holding pattern
