I’ve learned that visualization isn’t really about the outcome. It’s about the state you want to be in. Before an important call, a race, a mission… ask yourself: how do I want to feel? Calm? Focused? Energized? That’s the anchor. Feel it until it’s second nature. Then carry

Your VO2 max is the best snapshot of how well your body performs under stress. That’s why I don’t just lift heavy. I run hard. Push the lungs. Train the heart. Strength means nothing if you gas out halfway through the fight.

FBF: 12 years ago today I ran my very first trail run. We were driving to Bar Harbor, Maine for my first marathon (MFHs 3rd) and found this cute little trail by our hotel in Connecticut! I immediately fell in love with trails šŸ„°šŸ˜

Most of life comes down to mindset. You can’t control everything that happens, but you can control how you see it. And that changes everything. Start small. Missed a workout? Do a walk instead. Bad day at work? Learn from it, don’t live in it. That shift adds up.🫔
