This has been on my mind for WEEKS! I finally got time to make it yesterday - seared sea bass and scallops with parmenter potatos and sauce vierge, from the @ColmoreBID cook book. I don't cook a lot of fish, but it went well. I underseasoned the sauce but it was still good!
