CASE Denounces Gov. DeWine 7-OH Ban: “Ohio has a fentanyl crisis, not a kratom crisis. Criminalizing adults who choose regulated kratom products as cartels and Chinese chemicals flood our streets is political theater masquerading as public health." #OHIO

.@GovMikeDeWine your emergency push doesn’t “target bad actors” — it effectively bans nearly the entire kratom market in Ohio, including products millions use responsibly to manage pain and stay off opioids. Ohio deserves smart regulation, not a backdoor prohibition.

CASE DENOUNCES GOVERNOR DEWINE’S BAN OF 7-HYDROXYMITROGYNINE: “Gov DeWine is right to demand action on overdose deaths, but banning 7-OH & natural kratom as Chinese & cartel labs flood the country with fentanyl & other synthetics is the wrong approach." https://t.co/qwA1P6wj0W

CASE Op-Ed in @InsideSourcesDC: "Ubiquitous hazard warnings have created their own hazard -- indifference. With everything labeled as 'dangerous,' consumers are unable to discern 'boy who cried wolf' hysteria from actual and serious health hazards." https://t.co/0GS2d2lnNe

Shutdown Fight Masks Real Issues With Healthcare "If premiums are going up, why are they going up? It is not because a temporary Band-Aid subsidy is going away; it is because of structural distortions in the healthcare market." https://t.co/tMBPjOaUQL

The recent federal government shutdown was an unnecessary political gesture. However, it did, albeit in a roundabout way, help highlight what is wrong

Remember: Google built their empire in large part upon an illegal scheme that digitized mountains of copyrighted material that literally became too big to stop, leading only to laughable fines and penalties. AI would take that theft and invasion of privacy to a whole new level.
