🚨HUGE, HUGE news for @JerseyDemocrats this morning! We educated the public, we mobilized voters to take a stand, send emails, talk to their neighbors. We did quite a bit of public shaming n we won a phantom-free election for @camdencountynj voters. I'm so happy I could cry😁

If you were lucky enough to spend time with Anne - organizing, tabling, having a chat - you knew it was going to be a good day.
Today I learned that one of the original members of @CollsDems passed away. Anne Carroll was a fierce advocate for the planet, public education and social justice. I’m grateful for the time we spent organizing together. She will be missed and remembered ❤️😔

It's not really a debate. These mayors simply want to build less, and want to revive a failed bureaucracy that ensured nothing was built for decades because that's their desired outcome. No one actually suggests that reviving COAH would accomplish anything else.

Buying a home or renting in New Jersey is already incredibly expensive. But an explosion of corporate investor buying has made it even worse, from small towns like South Toms River to big cities like Newark.
