Over a month ago my power wheelchair was destroyed because I traveled by air. ✈️ Yesterday - over 37 days later- I was told the airline finally ordered a replacement. 🦼 Now let’s guess.. how many more days until @JetBlue gives me back my independence? 🤷🏻♀️

Since you don’t have a timeline, let me share mine with you. After waiting an entire week I am told the damage will only begin to be assessed today. Your lack of urgency is more insulting than the damage itself. This is #JustPlaneWrong.
