Good to see the Initial Officer Training team this weekend at Grantham with 30 students on the Development Module and 30 students on the Confirmation Module. Well done everyone both Directing Staff and Students.

Well that is ‘job done’ this summer. I have had the privilege to visit 6 CCF camps and 24 ACF camps. Well done everyone for helping facilitate a cadet experience for 30+ thousand members of the Army Cadets. Great job!.

Went along to D & G ACF Summer Camp visitors day at Okehampton and then attended their senior cadets dinner in the evening. Well done everyone, you delivered an excellent cadet experience.

Yesterday I spent a great day at Longmoor Camp visiting Devon ACF where I spent some 40 yrs as a Cadet and CFAV. Brilliant to catch up with old friends. More importantly saw the current Cadets taking part in an excellent menu driven programme covering the wider cadet experience.

Whilst at Longmoor Training Camp yesterday I attended a brilliant visitors day with over 40 people attending. Also they delivered an outstanding final parade with lots of Cadets and CFAVs being rewarded and recognised for their achievements. Well done Middlesex and North West ACF
