I just ordered an "Italian B.M.T" from @SUBWAY today, and the server got proper miffed and "UM ACTSHUALLY"'d me by saying: "So you mean DELI MEAT. It's DELI MEAT. It's been 6 months but we'll train everyone eventually!" I think someone needs customer service training 🤣
