It’s alleged that John Chebochok from BBC Africa's exposé wants to run for Ainamoi MP despite our collective efforts that barred him from assuming office as a KTDA Director. On 06/11/2025, will justice prevail or will impunity once again find its way to Parliament. #CASV

When government leaders boast about free delivery for teenage mothers, they normalize a national crisis instead of confronting it. This isn’t healthcare progress, it is an admission of failure to protect girls. Someone tell CS Duale that focus should be on perpetrators.

“Boyfriend yangu ndio alikuwa ananisaidia na shopping… nikajipata niko pregnant.” ~ A 16-year-old girl in Meru. It's clear the age of consent in Kenya is 18, any pregnancy involving a girl under 18 is sexual violence. https://t.co/PaimJd30CK

Children are being defiled to access education. Business cannot be as usual while the future of our country is being violated. The law is clear on age of consent. Yet, the government remains silent watching as perpetrators walk free. https://t.co/ovp2DCAGGe

Sexual violence does not end when the violation stops. Survivors carry invisible wounds including anxiety, depression, PTSD and the crushing weight of stigma. This is the silent epidemic we rarely talk about. https://t.co/xAsiVsUkXz

The judgment in Constitutional Petition E006 of 2024 has been postponed. This delay prolongs the uncertainty for survivors who have been waiting for clarity on the issues raised. We will continue to follow the matter and insist on accountability from all parties involved.
The Kericho High Court has once again postponed the delivery of judgment in Constitutional Petition E006 of 2024, a case against John Chebochok, @IEBCKenya, @KTDAHoldingsLtd, @TeaBoardKenya and Tegat Tea Factory to 6th November 2025. Justice delayed again. #StandUpForJustice
