really wish we'd stop significantly nerfing cds as a balance philosophy. wuyang wave to 14s, deflect to 10, recall up, nade is STILL 14s, 6v6 tank cycles are abysmally slow. There's nuance here (as always), but it's such an anti-fun way to balance the game.

Two weeks later, I can say that I think Wuyang's a pretty darn solid addition to the hero cast. Splash damage fall off/wave + heal HPS probably needs a nerf, but he's fun, unique, and relatively thoughtful. Hero design team for OW2 continues their winning streak
