In-school lifting is one of the biggest game changers out there. Not sure if CFC does it, but making it easier for athletes to lift w/o having to come in at 6 am or stay after to do it allows all athletes to lift w/out excuse. Dramatically increases lifting rates.
The weight room pays off huge dividends come basketball season. That's exemplified even more in smaller schools. This CFC team is a great example of that #wisbb
