Let the World Series be a reminder.. The fun you see on TV is a reflection of the TIME and EFFORT put in OUTSIDE of the 8 & 20 hours per week those athletes are given. Something I feel a lot of young athletes need to understand.

It has been a real privilege to get to work with KJ for her senior season. She has all the qualities you could ever ask for in a pitcher. In just one season she has more than doubled her strikeouts from last season and sheβs not done yet! π
You canβt spell KJ without the K! ππΆ Today, senior pitcher Kaylyn Jones surpassed 100 strikeouts this season, achieving a new career high in her second year as a Bulldog with a total of 145 strikeouts.
