I thought we limited Friday games in the fall so players weren’t missing school to play in showcases. 🤔
Teams playing 3 of 4 pool games on Friday, no D1 coaches around, games starting at 11:30 am, Entry fees over a 1k, time limits. Gotta be a better way where all can benefit.

Sept 1 was sold as the “Start” of recruiting for Juniors...not the end. The sooner I can communicate w/recruits & get to know them as people, the better. I’m more informed & so is the SA making the decision. Not sure how limiting that time to get to know recruits is beneficial.

Score was 5-5 by end of inning. Your ability to play each out w/great effort & focus is a non-negotiable.

PSAs...take tomorrow off from promoting yourself on social media. Instead, spend the day connecting w/those around you, laughing, playing the game for the love of it only, and simply take a day off. I promise you it will won’t hurt your future & most coaches will be off as well.

PSA: I can assure you that you will get more out of attending a colleges camp on a Fri before your showcase than you will playing in that game on Friday.
Travel Coaches: remember the purpose. Please encourage them to attend camp OVER your Friday showcase games. It’s for THEM!
