Quality Leadership is something I've admired throughout my life. My career has been a blessing, bringing me closer to wonderful business leaders. I was lucky enough to have Russ Higgins of @2ndSwingGolf join me on the podcast, and he was a fantasic guest. Check it 👇

This saddest thing about these "child-free" people is that none of them are doing anything interesting with their lives at all. It's true that not having children gives you a lot more free time and far fewer responsibilities. And the best that you can think to do with all of that
When you watch stuff like this as a parent, you realise how truly empty and meaningless all of those things are.

4. They still have to take the flight, so make your flight delightful. I sell a gym/training service. Receiving the service is hard work and there's no guarantee of dream outcome. We ensure the community at our gym is one that people love, so the journey becomes the reward.

3. Sell the vacation, not the flight. (obviously) People want to hear that they are going to achieve their dream outcome, not about the pain or the work in between. Focus your energy on how their life will be different or better after buying your product or service.

2. Assume the close (correctly) cont. If you are speaking to a cold or outbound lead, ask effective questions, and uncover their needs. Don't assume they are going to buy just because you called them. (This is where it's good to have downsells as well as upsells)

2. Assume the Close (correctly) There's art to "assuming the close" without coming off pushy If you are speaking to a warm or inbound lead, they reached out to you with intention to buy. Take yes for an answer, and don't "assume the upsell". Just give them what they asked for.

1. Reframe your mindset. Sales is the generous act of connecting someone to something they need or want. It is not manipulation when done right and ethically.

This dude never set foot in the city limits lol
Worst city you’ve ever visited and will never go back to? For me it’s Minneapolis, Minnesota. Usually have to fly into Minneapolis to visit my relatives in North Dakota but outside of the airport which I don’t think counts as “visiting”, I’d never go back to Minneapolis

I am so bullish on the recent trend of brain wave tracking wearables. We will see the next Whoop or Oura come out of this space. @DrAlexTwenge and I dove in to this trend and more on the last episode of the Professional Amateurs Pod 👇

Baseball media coverage has fallen so far that we are posting swinging strikes now. Got it.
