My silence is from pain not apathy. I’m broken. We didn’t just lose a former player, We lost a son. We lost a difference maker for this world. Coaches - WE HAVE TO CHANGE THE WORLD. Our Kids need us NOW!.
We are deeply saddened by the loss of our family member Kimarion Todd. You gave us all you had while you were here and we will forever be grateful. Heaven has gained a great young man. You are always in our hearts. Love,.Your Ram Family.

I am able to do my job because of the great coaches like @CoachJaklich that believe in what we are doing at Marshall. All the praise goes to our coaches and players.
I cannot say it loud enough, but I am so proud of my man @CoachTWills and the job he continues to do every day. He epitomizes leadership and I am wholeheartedly a better coach and man for being able to call him a mentor, and more importantly, a friend and brother.

Coaches, Parents want what is best for their child. Parents, Coaches want what is best for your child. One does it cause they have to, the other does it because they want too. Show Grace to the “have to’s” and Praise the “want too’s” bc sometimes ur the other.

Be great without being high maintenance. Show up on time, wear the right stuff, be coachable, support your teammates & give 100% every time you practice/play. High maintenance is hard. Coaches love low maintenance players who buy into the process. You’re what makes coaching fun!.
