I was a HS coach for 3 years & will NEVER downplay the chance for a young man to earn a degree.

There are 255 D1, 169 D2, 250 D3, 96 NAIA & 65 JUCO schools with football programs. That’s 835 schools. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. Has a set of standards. If you don’t meet them, you won’t be recruited by them. Improve your grades, attitude & weight room #’s & your chances increase.
