It’s so weird to me that there’s a window in the middle of the post season. Those are the guys that are playing for a ring, they shouldn’t have to make a decision at that moment. They should be able to go after. No matter what, where you are 7/15.

If you are not on a roster 7/15, you can still find a team. But that is the only team you can play for that season. If you transfer after your fall season is done, cool. It only matters where you are on July 15. Not a “window”, just the ability to enroll by the fall semester.

Transfer Portal in NCAA idea: make one single date that is the cutoff per year. Ex: Football: July 15. If you are on a roster July 15, that’s the only place to can play that fall season. You can transfer at any time, but you won’t be able to play for anyone but that team of 7/15.

Replay for baseball was meant to help with judgement calls but has far too often turned into “gotcha” help on plays where the runner comes off the base 1/16 of an inch on a pop up slide.

Also of note: the right fielder’s field, exchange, throw is off rhythm a bit which causes him to not necessarily make the best throw. Off of rhythm leads to poor distance throws.

This is important. A team that represents tradition, community, and school spirit is important! You cannot get his atmosphere at a “prep” place that does online classes and the only focus is supposed individual sport specific development. It’s not the same. We are not the same.
