College coaches notice effort on film more than any single play. Sprint after every ball, finish blocks, and show consistent energy — that’s how you separate yourself when everyone’s highlight looks good.

RECRUITING ADVICE: Unless you’re a 5 ⭐️, recruiting is HARD WORK. You will reap what you sow. Being good is not enough any more, there are too many kids who want the same spot as you do. ✅

I pay attention to how often you do the small things right. Do you finish? Sprint off the field? Celebrate teammates? Those are signs of maturity, and coachability. When watching tape, take note of the first 5 seconds after each play. That’s where true character — show up.

Offensive line coaches. Remember. What you see is important. What THEY see is invaluable. You better know what THEY are seeing. Ask your questions accordingly. Leading questions from a coach rarely get authentic answers. Making them mostly useless for learning for both.
