Proud of these kids and love them for how this season turned out. They allowed us to coach them and push them. Tonight hurts, but they emptied the tank. Props to Arrowhead players and staff. Don’t feel like we lost. They just beat us. #NeenahWithPride

Will wear this proudly tomorrow. Working camp at IU for 4 summers during the early 90’s was simply awesome. Surrounded by like minded coaches equally passionate about the game. Seeing and hearing Coach Knight in person was a thrill. One of all time greats - RIP Coach Knight!

Sad to hear from so many beat down varsity basketball officials today. Common themes - feeling unsupported and disrespected. Referee shortage may be worse than anticipated. To all you great men and women who put on the stripes (and blow that #Fox40 proudly) the KIDS need you!.

While we have taken opportunities from our kids Iowa has led the way - ThankYou Iowa!.
Iowa HS baseball season ends tonight (only state where HS sports have taken place since pandemic). It wasn’t exactly smooth sailing with Covid but:. - 94% of teams were unaffected.- 96% finished season.- all infections reportedly mild.- fans were allowed all season. (📸 @iahsbb)

Have always liked Charles Barkley for his authenticity, and I give him tons of credit for how gracious he just handled that loss. especially given that he could have used his position to do the opposite - ironically serving as a #RoleModel.

The players, coaches, AD’s, and fans make the FVA special (like many other leagues in WI). We get to compete against some of the best. We are grateful for that opportunity. Coach Schalow is the Dean of Coaches in our league and this meant a lot. Thank you to all in the FVA!.

I met Coach Heideman in June of 1988 - l left UWGB’s basketball camp after 4 days with completely different plans for the future - since then Coach has impacted my career & helped me every step of the way - RIP Coach - my thoughts and 🙏 to Sally, David, Tim, and their families
We lost a really good man today when Mike Heideman passed away. Successful head coach at Appleton Xavier HS, St. Norbert College, UW-Green Bay. Assistant to Dick Bennett at UWGB, to Dick & Tony Bennett at Wash. St. Grew up across street from him & was proud to call him a friend.
