Everything below Power4 conferences are basically JUCOs at this point...the tiers of non-P4 would be this... 1. Non-P4 D1 2. Elite JUCO 3. Elite D2/D3 4. Mid level JUCO 5. Elite NAIA 6. Low end JUCO 7. Mid/low end D2/D3 8. Mid/low end NAIA Go where you will play!!!
