How tired your athletes get during preseason isn’t a flex. It’s a sign of poor preparation. No, you can’t in 8 hours a week prepare for 20, but you can’t use those 20 hours a week to intelligently bridge the gap. Otherwise what you’re likely prepping for is needless.
