Got the seats for the @baseballhof induction. Excited to see @CC_Sabathia @TheReal_Ichiro @BillyWagner1313 Dave Parker and Dick Allen get inducted. Now been to an induction for 3 of my all time favorites.

A5: When I have it, while we’re on Offense if I think we can adjust. All my guys are two way players so usually I don’t get to adjust fully until time outs or Quarter. #NFZCHAT

A4: In Zone: Watch Pass windows, DBs match routes over top and tempo LBs be ready to hustle to the glance window when you see the QB pull the ball. Man: All guys with WR are pass first, LB man on RB play the run knowing the help is behind. #NFZCHAT

A3: Physically - Speed & Hips to cover & turn. Mentally - Swag: they can cover anyone & will be on the field. If they were beat they’ll fix it next time or next chance they get. Swag of knowing I’m better than everyone else out there even if some are faster than me. #NFZCHAT

A2: Keep there head up, make sure to be supportive and that his teammates are too. Remind them of the short term memory, & that they have to forget and move on. If I sideline them - they must know to be ready if I call them again #NFZCHAT

In Game video has been amazing. Can show the kids what they need to fix right away, and look back at what plays beat us and where we went wrong. #NFZCHAT

A1: Great supplemental tool! Great for giving breakdown info faster and helping with game plan. I still like to fully break down films personally as it helps me get to know my opponent and pick my calls, & if I need to design any new pressures. #NFZCHAT

The notes on Hudl are key, we give key notes for each play, so they can read it before and we can show them during film. When I have graded they see it before film. This way they know what to look for before we watch as a team. #NFZCHAT

A4: Coaching a team with support and positive culture. #hogfbchat

A3: When I’ve had to coach ILBs and OLBs together, because the reads and block shedding are different. Have to combine 2 drills into 1. QBs and WRs together also was hard because I could only primarily focus on 1 group at a time. #hogfbchat

A5: Lots of Options. Cone is great to get a double, sometimes have a specific DB lock on, and match up all DBs. Spin a Safety to play SCF out of C-3 on him. Can Bracket Slots out of C-7 very nicely. #NFZCHAT

A4: Footwork with Angles, one M/M type drill, at least one tackle/block shed drill, in season it's mostly route recognition and adjustments after tackling. #NFZCHAT

Will use Poach Rules out of Country Quarters

A3: Tighter space = Tighter alignments. Easier to play 1/2 1/4 1/4, may use more Poach or Stress for Taking 3 across. #NFZCHAT

A2: If C-2 is in first the Check is Country Quarters, if Quarters is in First it is Stress or Stubbie. #NFZCHAT

A1: Stress Coverage with 1 High Safety (Roll the Other down to play the Nickel Role) or Cover 3 Zone or 3 Buzz Mable or 6 Sky based on my play call and team. #NFZCHAT

Day 1: Feet together, turn one foot 90 degrees out, straighten it forward, bend at knees and hip 90 degrees in elbows, chest over knees, nose over toes, tailbone up and chest out. I've learned to teach stance with feet together and then position. #NFZCHAT
