@CoachCB_FB My core philosophy?. Make offenses earn EVERYTHING. Disguise, discipline, and controlled chaos. Change the picture post-snap, force mistakes, and never give QBs what they want pre-snap. No freebies. No shortcuts. You wanna score? Take the long road. 👊🏾.

Defensive Coaches… what’s the one thing you hang your hat on from a philosophy stand point. Me personally, outside of all the “blah blah” run to the football, alignment/assignment “everyday football talk”… I want to change the picture post snap as often as possible. Curious.

If you have the financial freedom to afford buying into the stock market please do. Even if it’s a preset limit per/mo. Obviously research the market and make smart investments but if done right it’ll do you good!.

For me personally, as a HC I studied different coaches on culture building stepping into a new environment and as a defensive guy I studied a bunch of bunch formations (no pun intended) and defending the run game gap scheme.

As coaches we are always asking our kids to take the next step in their development, “get better”, so on and so forth. My question for coaches are what have you gotten better at this off-season. Serious question, I want to see if there are other ideas I can add to my list.
