Percentage of the company theory: If a school gives you 10% of their NIL budget versus 2.5% what’s that mean for minutes? Miss spoke in the video but here’s the Example. *If you get 50k of 500k budget you get 10%* versus 180k of 7 million is 2.5%. Thank you to the Newark Rams!

How to build it: You have a student only game on campus. Frito sponsors it. This creates an annual activation opportunity for a big brand to sponsor. Frito sponsors some of the athletes to promote the game. Frito brings product for the students. Now their brand is on campus.

How to build it: A person will donate to sponsor one of the players lockers. That donor can come to practice and meet the team. Donor now feels connected to that player and the program. 13 lockers x $10k/year = $130k / year Scale up
